In the village, walking paths and parks are planned for residents—places for meeting with dogs and pets. There are already 37 homes in Priežavoti, 4 of which are built specifically for rent, and we are planning additional rental property development. More than 10 building proposals are underway from people who want to move into the village. We also build homes for sale. Growth is constant and the village is rapidly increasing in population.
