WE BUILD FOR PEOPLE
Priežavoti is a tranquil private‐homes village in Bajāri, Salaspils Parish, just about 25 minutes from the centre of Riga. With dozens of timber-frame homes already built or in progress, and 250 building plots available, it offers families a quiet, green lifestyle with all essential utilities. All homes in the village are supplied with central sewage, central water, street lighting, and good access roads.

There are already 37 homes in Priežavoti, 4 of which are built specifically for rent, and we are planning additional rental property development. More than 10 building proposals are underway from people who want to move into the village. We also build homes for sale. Growth is constant and the village is rapidly increasing in population.
